ABOUT US
WHO WE ARE
The Unlocking Potential Foundation is a Community Interest Company formed in 2015. We provide positive sporting and energy expending activities for young people which help them believe in themselves, learn new skills, move away from unhealthy and anti-social behaviours, and progress in their lives.
Our Directors are mostly based in Redditch and this is where we deliver the vast majority of our activities. We lead both sessions on our own, whilst also working in partnership with other local organisations to deliver projects and activities. We aim to work with disadvantaged young people and young adults, with the majority of our participants in the 11-25 age brackets.
HEADLINES
We have worked with over 100 people in Redditch over the last year on our community Projects and also had a festival that also worked with an additional 60 young people. This is also working with over 12 different nationalities.
We nominated Brad Peak who helps volunteer at our sessions for the Young Solutions Triangle Award “Volunteer of the Year” which he won.
We have two main projects that run every week #upmondays & #upfridays that run in Redditch.
